The Origins:
The firm traces its origins back to the mid-eighties when Ambrose Lungaro-Mifsud (the founder) formed the company in January 1985 for the specific purpose of providing management services to both corporate and individual clients.
The Board:
Continuity and Posterity are firmly established since CMS is administered by a board composed of the chairman Ambrose Lungaro-Mifsud, an experienced accountant, and two directors being his sons Aidan and Ivor, both certified public accountants and members of The Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) based in the United Kingdom.

The board is backed by hand picked, diligent and responsible staff who are rigorously trained for the specific responsibilities they are destined to undertake.

Having attained his audit practicing certificate in March 2004, Aidan Lungaro-Mifsud commenced his sole practice in 2004 under his personal name. With effect from 2015, such sole practice was converted into a civil partnership with the introduction of his brother Ivor Lungaro-Mifsud as partner and today has two full-time members of staff to assist in delivering audit assignments of a high standard in a timely and reliable manner.
